How do I join?

Go to Section Sign-Up and complete the form and select the subscription pack that suits your listing requirements.

Your payment needs to be executed through Stripe using a debit/credit card via PayPal. Your ZEZOOM account will be created immediately. However, you will be able to publish your listings only after the approval of your payment. You will receive a confirmation email within a couple of minutes after subscribing on our website. This email confirmation contains your login details. In case you don’t receive it within 24h, please contact us at [email protected]

ACCOUNT, AGENCY AND PASSWORD INFORMATION

How many logins can I have for my agency?

We only provide one login per agent or agency on our interface.

Can all of my staff have separate logins?

Yes, this is possible as long as each agent has its own subscription.

What is my username?

Your username is the email address you used to set up your ZEZOOM account.

I’ve forgotten my password, what do I do?

Click on the “Lost your password?” link right below the log in box. You will be asked to enter your email address or username. We will send you an email with instructions to reset your password.

ZEZOOM COSTS FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS

Do I have to pay to advertise a property using ZEZOOM?

At the moment, you need to pay a subscription fee to use ZEZOOM. The minimum subscription pack allows to advertise 1 listing per month. You are requested through our website to make a payment using your PayPal account or a debit/credit card through PayPal. You will have a monthly recurring subscription payment, unless you decide to cancel your subscription fee through PayPal. There is no minimum term or contract period for any of our monthly subscription services. You can cancel at any time. Once you have cancelled, your professional account will remain active but all your listings assocaited with the subscrition will be cancelled at the end of the billing period.

How much does it cost?

The agent/agency registarion is free of charge. The listings subscription costs vary according to the number of listings you want to publish each month. At present, we offer 10 packages.

Pack 1 listing The price for membership is Euro 49 per Month
Pack 20 listings The price for membership is Euro 69 per Month
Pack 50 listings The price for membership is Euro 98 per Month
Pack 100 listings The price for membership is Euro 169 per Month.
Pack 300 listings The price for membership is Euro 390 per Month
Pack 600 listings The price for membership is Euro 690 per Month

How do I pay?

You will be able to pay through your PayPal account or  using a debit/credit card via PayPal. Please note that it is monthly recurring subscription payment. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time. However, we strongly encourage completing these actions only a few days before the end of your billing period. Indeed, we do not reimburse registered payments.

UPLOADING PROPERTIES

Why do I have to complete my profile after creating my account?

This additional information will be displayed in the contact section of your ad when published on ZEZOOM websites. As this contact information may differ from your contact data on your ZEZOOM account, we need you to fill in your Profile.    

How do I know my property has been uploaded to the portal?

For each advertisement, you have an access to all your listed properties through Dashboard. Click on it to check if your ad has been published on the portal. Please note that it can take up to 24h for your ads to be visible on our network. If you cannot see your ad after 24h and/or you believe there is a problem with your listing, please contact us at [email protected]

Can I upload part of the property information and return to complete my listing later?

Of course, you can enter information partially into our interface and publish your ad later. Once you have completed the description, just leave the page without finalizing it. Your ad will be saved as a draft. You can also edit your property listing and your Professional Profile at any time during your membership with ZEZOOM.  

Why are there so many required fields for each property listing?

By capturing the required information we ensure your listings will appear properly on ZEZOOM websites around the world and our mobile applications.

EDITING, REMOVING/ARCHIVING OR EXTENDING LISTINGS

Can I remove or make changes to my property anytime?

Yes, you are able to make changes to your listings at any time, even if it is already published.

VIEWING MY LISTINGS

I can’t see my listing on your portal, where is it?

Your listing will appear on all of our websites and mobile applications following the approval of your payment. If you cannot see your ad after 24h and/or you believe there is a problem with your listing, please email us at [email protected] – don’t forget to mention the property ID you are searching for.  

Can I list a commercial property?

Yes of course, ZEZOOM do accept commercial properties.  

Where can I view my listings?

You can view your listings on all ZEZOOM websites and mobile applications.

We provide you with direct links to your property detail page on your personal Dashboard. If you believe there is a problem with your listing, please email us at [email protected] – don’t forget to mention the property ID you are searching for.

What language will my listings display in?

Listings will be displayed in the language you have used during your ads insertion. In addition to the original language, your listings could be displayed in different langagues of your choice. We may also use an automatic translator available on ZEZOOM websites. Please note that although we attempt to ensure a complete and accurate translation, we make no guarantee as to the quality or accuracy of automatic translations.

LEADS & ACCOUNT PERFORMANCE 

I received a lead, which I believe to be bogus or spam. What should I do?

We have a number of spam filtering prevention measures in place. Unfortunately there will be occasions where bogus leads or spam can bypass our filtering. You can report spam to us going to the contact page and copying the email. We will add the sender of the lead to our filter list.
